About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant / Secretary who can also support light warehouse duties. This is a dual role that combines general office administration with hands-on support for deliveries and shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails, greet visitors and maintain records
- Prepare documents, forms, and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Enter invoices and manage basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars and coordinate meetings
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and supplies
- Support warehouse operations when needed:
- Help receive and offload delivery trucks
- Check and organize incoming products
- Prepare outgoing shipments
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Comfortable using MS Office applications, QuickBooks, and general computer tools
- Ability to lift boxes and assist in offloading trucks (up to approx. 50 lbs)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
