KRAVE Automotive is a 4x4 and Overland specialty shop located in Calgary AB. We offer parts and installation of aftermarket accessories as well as perform maintenance and repairs. While we are mostly Toyota based, we do build new generation off brand vehicles. Our passion is personalizing trucks and SUVs to suit our client’s lifestyle and needs for overlanding and offroad use.
We are currently seeking an_ Administrative Assistant_
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Problem solving, time management and organization skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in administrative roles is a strong asset
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Monitor multiple email inboxes
- Entering invoices & receipts promptly and accurately
- General administrative duties & support
- Maintain and update filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment
- Work closely and coordinate with our Financial Controller
