- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is required
Description of duties:
- Creating reports
- Answering phones, door, and reply to emails, check messages, redirecting as necessary
- Photocopy and file as necessary
- Open and prioritize incoming mail; arrange for couriers and deliveries
- Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, meeting agendas, and other documents
- Assist with scheduling needs
- Assist administratively with client intake/meetings
- Administrative and operational duties as assigned
- Perform other tasks as assigned including running errands, ordering and pick up of lunch, etc.
- Packing orders
- Mail out bulk correspondence
- Organizing, maintaining stock
- Other duties as assigned

Salary: $17.20 per hour
