Community Health and Housing is hiring Casual Addictions Support workers for Withdrawal Support Services. Available shifts vary and are composed of days, evenings, and overnights.
Casual Addictions Support Worker provide assistance and support to individuals who are experiencing withdrawal symptoms. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
- Provide direct support to individuals who are experiencing withdrawal symptoms
- Monitor and document individual progress, behaviors, and any changes in condition
- Provide emotional support and actively listen to individuals' concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and services provided
Requirements:
-Must pass a Criminal Record Check and Adult/Child Abuse Registry check
-Must be willing to take all courses and workshops as required
