As a Sales Accounts Manager, you will be responsible to perform duties such as:
- Prepare sales proposal, pricing, and other relevant marketing material for sales meetings and trade shows
- Provide administrative support to the account manager
- Fill up Vendor Agreements and Item Set-Up Form required by customers
- Order coordination, order receipt, revision, and confirmation
- Answer customer service-related inquiries by telephone or email
- Liaison between customers and production team for order status updates, sample requests, delivery updates

Ability to work collaboratively and openly in a team environment
Creative problem-solving and problem resolution abilities
Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects/tasks and complete within assigned deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Microsoft XL proficiency is a bonus
Requirements:
A Community College Diploma or University Degree with Math or Science degree Prefer
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel (report generating functions) and a variety of Microsoft office
